Organizing Tips and Thoughts from GON Readers
GON Reader Organizing Tip #1
This doubles as a shopping list AND a 'pouch' for keeping receipts organized
Use an extra (not needed) envelope for your shopping list and errands. (I often get envelopes in with bills that are on AutoPay.)
Put the receipts inside it as you go. Works like a charm.
Love the tips we get here. You have shared a few of mine! Thanks,

This trick will help you remember "who, what, when and where"
Just have to say how much I enjoy your emails. In your June 2 newsletter, I read that you purchase an ornament when you're on vacation.
I do this too and I write somewhere on it with a fine marker the month and year to help me remember when I was there.
Or if someone gives me a special ornament, I'll add their name and Christmas year.

Thanks for the Towel-Surplus Reminder
Hi Maria,
In response to your May 30 newsletter issue, yes, I have a ‘thing’ for towels! I’m getting better, though.
I have weeded out unused ones for a local pet shelter and now need to do another 'pass.'
Will keep the best ones and keep re-assessing.
Thanks for the reminder.
