Dry or Canned Beans
Canned Olives
Canned Tomatoes (Pureed and Diced)
Boxed Broth/Stock (Low-Sodium) (Vegetable, Beef and/or Chicken)
Canned Tuna
Canned Mushrooms
Honey
Olive Oil
Nut Butters
Canned Coconut Milk
Raisins
Garlic Bulbs
Salt/Pepper/Seasonings
Soy Sauce
Oatmeal
Individual Apple Sauce Cups
Capers
Jarred Roasted Red Peppers
White Wine
