A "Sunny" Way to Brighten Your Day
Maria,
In response to your March 5th newsletter, here is another item to add to the cabin fever list. Think of ten songs about the sun or with sun/sunshine in the title.
Some examples are, You are My Sunshine, Here Comes the Sun, Sunshine on My Shoulders, Walking on Sunshine, and don’t forget The Beach Boys!
Then sing, hum, whistle, or play them all. What a day brightener!

Minnesota, where we still have lots of snow and cabin fever runs rampant

A "Flowery" Way to Celebrate Spring
Dear
Maria,
Thanks for your newsletter: truly inspirational!
For me, spring arrives
when there are (mostly) yellow tulips and daffodils all over the house. Later on, I can just plant them in the garden and especially the daffodils most likely return to blossom the next spring outside.
Please do keep on with your wonderful work.
Warm greetings from Germany,

A Lesson: Paper Versus Technology
Hello Maria,
On the topic of paper vs technology: For some years, I've not updated my pen-and-paper address/phone book. One of those gunna do it jobs; you know, the round tuits.
Yesterday, I was in town. Last night, I went to make a call...no phone! Fortunately I accidentally have a spare, but no saved anythings on it.
I have located the missing phone; it
is safely awaiting my arrival. However, it did make me realize that I need that written list.
I already use a paper diary, a simple pocket one, so I will be putting my numbers in there when
I have the phone back."
