Aging gracefully and feeling youthful is something we
all aspire to. Today's 7 organized tips will help you feel younger instantly.
1. Find "active" activities you love: You don't have to hit the floor to do push ups if that's not your cup of tea. Find activities you love, like dancing, walking, or riding a stationery bike. 2. More water; less sugar: Fill a 16-ounce water bottle each morning and sip regularly. By lunch, you should be ready to fill it up again. Doing so will help you stay hydrated.
Avoid sugar. Don't add it to your coffee.
Don't drink a can of Mountain Dew.
If you're going to eat bread or a muffin, make sure it's whole grain. This means it's really whole grain...if it just says "contains" whole grains, that's not the same thing.
Use dry shampoo in between, on those days you don't wash your hair.
4. Stand tall: Focus on your posture. Roll your shoulders back and engage your core.
5. Wear the right threads: Wear clothes that fit you well. Say goodbye to baggy outfits. Wear fitted,
not tight, clothing that flatters your body.
6. Give your skin some TLC: Develop a skincare routine that includes cleansing, moisturizing, and protecting yourself from the sun. Your skin will thank you.
This is not a women-only tip. Men need to moisturize too.

Get more phone-savvy. If you're tapping your phone screen so hard that others can hear you doing so, can't yet take a simple selfie, or are unsure how to use wireless air buds to listen to your favorite audio book while you're vacuuming, learning these tech savvy skills will automatically make you feel more youthful.
