Slow and Steady is Good
Hello Maria,
I wanted to remind everyone slow and steady is good. I don't always get things out of my house as fast as I should, but I don't stop working on it.
Today, I was able to get 5 boxes and a leaky water bottle out of my house. Last week, I
pulled 3 shirts out of my drawer I hadn't worn in a long time.
Some weeks I don't get rid of anything, but I keep at it. I'm also being more selective what I bring into my house.
Thank you for your newsletter that encourages us daily.

Displaying and Repurposing Bowling Trophies, Medals and Pins
Hi Maria,
My two sons had many bowling trophies, medals and pins from over the years. I first gathered them all up and took pictures of everything. Then, I removed the plaques from the trophies and the medals from the ribbons. I put everything
into shadow boxes for each of the boys when they got their own house.
Now, it's up to them if they want to keep them or not, but at least they don't take up too much space. We donated the trophies to our local Special Olympics group who was thrilled to reuse them to hand out when they had bowling events.
Love reading your short informative newsletters every day. Thank you!

Prevent Eye Strain with Your BiFocals
My optometrist recommended this when you wear bifocals: have the top of the computer screen at eye level. It works great to prevent eye strain. I'm under 5 feet tall and this really works for me.
