Payday Perspective
It’s easy to
look at a paycheck and tie it to how valuable we are—but your paycheck is not your worth. It’s simply a number tied to a job, not a reflection of your heart, creativity, or the way you show up for others.
Some of essential roles in the
world—caregivers, teachers, volunteers—are rarely paid what they truly deserve.
Money is important, of course—it pays bills, fills the fridge, and funds dreams. But it’s not the full picture.
The way you treat people, your problem-solving skills, your ideas, your kindness? Those are priceless.
So whether payday makes you cheer or cringe, don’t let it define your value. You bring more to
the world than any direct deposit ever could.
