Before winter sets in, take a little stroll around your own house. Grab a notepad or open
your phone’s notes app and take a slow, observant walk both outside and inside your home.

You’ll be amazed at how much you notice when you’re paying attention...small fixes, maintenance reminders, and tasks that make your home safer, cozier, and more efficient
before the cold weather arrives.

Doing this once a year, right before winter, can prevent costly repairs, help you feel prepared, and make the season ahead much more comfortable.

If you notice something that’s beyond your expertise, like roof repairs, chimney cleaning, or sealing major cracks, this is the perfect time to make an appointment with a professional before their winter schedules fill up.

OUTDOOR

Seal gaps and cracks around windows, doors, and foundation
