Who should (and shouldn't) skip breakfast?






Should you always skip breakfast... or never skip breakfast to lose weight? There seems to be more debate about this than how to handle the North Korean nuclear crisis!

'Old school' nutritionists point to studies that show breakfast kickstarts your metabolism.

'New school' scientists point to evidence that shows skipping breakfast (a.k.a. intermittent fasting) leads to healthy fat loss.

Who's right? Both, actually...because it depends on what type of metabolism you have:

If you are a level 4 fat burner, skipping breakfast can really accelerate weight loss. If you are a level 1 fat burner, skipping breakfast can send your blood sugar crashing.
