Keep Purses in Shape
I use the air pillows that are used in shipping boxes as fillers
to keep my purses in shape while stored in my closet.

A Fun, Effective Way to Keep Your Brain Sharp
As an aging senior looking for ways to keep the loss of memory
at bay, when I walk my dog each day I pick a different letter
each time. Then, as I walk, I think of all the words I can
beginning with that letter. For example G: good, go ,gone, get,
gorilla, giraffe, gift, grandma, gala, gorge, grocery, green,
gut, goal etc, etc. This way I can still listen to nature,
sharpen my brain, and interact with my dog. A win, win!!
This fabulous GON Reader Tip was submitted by:

A married grandmother of 5 who is a retired special education
teacher who understands the power of the brain.

Clutter can actually invade your life in FOUR forms...
1. Physical Clutter
2. Paper Clutter
