We value and respect your time.
This newsletter will take 2.47 minutes to read.
Is stress beginning to consume you? Here is an easy fix!
Do a Brain Dump
When you feel like your head is racing from one task to another and TO DOs are
all mixing together and causing your head to spin, it is time to stop. I call
this a 'brain dump.' It's time to dump it all out.
Get a notebook and a pen. Then dump all your thoughts, worries, ideas, TO DOs,
and everything you are thinking onto your paper. Fill up as many pages as it
takes until nothing more comes out of your head.
Then go through and highlight each:
GREEN: Things YOU absolutely need to DO
BLUE: Things you MIGHT NOT or DON'T need to do
ORANGE: Things SOMEONE ELSE can do
PINK: Things you have NO CONTROL over
The paper can hold all of your thoughts so you don't have to. Plus, it gives you
a tool you can use to:
a) get things done...GREEN. Move these to your Master List or TO DO TODAY list.
b) cross unnecessary items off your list...BLUE. If it's really not going to
impact your life in a positive way, why do it at all? Sometimes, we do things
because of habit. Sometimes, there comes a point when we should just stop doing
some things (like a social club you're no longer interested in, a book you don't
feel like completing, etc.)
c) delegate to the appropriate person...ORANGE. If you can give it to someone
else to do, pass it on today.
d) let the paper hold your worries for you...PINK. Worrying will get you nowhere
fast. Determine if there is something 'actionable' you can do to help the
situation instead.

The World's Sharpest Knives
Help You Save Time (and are safer) in the Kitchen
In Fact...
They Even Passed the Shave Test,
the Tomato Test AND
the Ninja Test!
Just a Few Hours Left to Get Your Complimentary Bonuses...Find Out How!
For super quick details, and a great video, about the world's sharpest knives,
visit:
http://www.getorganizednow.com/rd-chef.html
Did you know that there's nothing more dangerous in the kitchen than cutting
with dull knives? A dull blade requires more effort and pressure to cut.
This means there's a higher chance the dull knife will slip with a lot of force
behind it, increasing the chances of an injury...and possibly a visit to the ER.
This particular set of knives is very unique. They're incredibly lightweight and
are super-strong (they can easily cut through a butternut squash and makes
slicing meat a breeze). This is because they're made with a ceramic blade that
is actually 10 times sharper than steel.
You've got to check them out. For details, visit:

P.S. As a special bonus, when you order before FRIDAY, OCTOBER 26, you
