Do Your Morning Right

Do you ever find yourself skipping breakfast because you overslept or because you want to jump into a task or project immediately? It's easy to fall behind and feel the need to just catch up by skipping things we think we can do without.

This is often caused by staying up too late the night before and/or waking up way too late in the morning. When we have an organized evening and get to bed at a reasonable hour...preferably the same time every night...we're more likely to be able to wake up at an hour that gives us ample time to get ready for the day without rushing...and to set the tone for a productive morning.

I try my best to get to bed by 10:45 in the evening...and I wake up most every morning at around 6:15. I always shower before bed so I'm clean when I snuggle into bed AND I can skip doing so during the busy morning hours.

Upon getting out of bed, I love incorporating some stretches and a few minutes of quiet reflection or meditation to get both my body AND mind on the right track.

Once I'm up, I brush my teeth and wash my face. This helps to wake me up. Then I drink a large glass of water, which I find energizing. I then get dressed. Wearing the right apparel for the day's weather can keep me warm or cool (depending on the seasons) and wearing clothes I like makes me feel great throughout the day.

I then quickly fix my hair. I apply some makeup afterwards...not too much, but just enough to make me feel put-together. Finally, I always make the bed at that point...unless my husband is still sleeping, of course. In this case, he handles that task.

Don't skip breakfast. Eating something nutritious can greatly enhance your overall attitude and productivity. I really like starting my day with an egg and some fruit...or some nuts, cheese, and fruit. I steer clear of toast, cereal, muffins and any type of food that is going to cause me to feel tired soon after.

Sleep deprivation, jumping into a task before you take care of yourself, skipping meals, or racing around in the morning doesn't do anybody any good. You don't want to forget important things that you need to do, start the day off making mistakes, or feel too sluggish to tackle your TO DO list. These easy guidelines can help pump you with energy both at work AND at home. It takes a little bit of planning, but with some organization the night before and set routines in the morning, you will be able to do your morning right, and in turn, have a productive day ahead.

The World's Sharpest Knives

Help You Save Time (and are safer) in the Kitchen
In Fact...
They Even Passed the Shave Test,
the Tomato Test AND
the Ninja Test!

For super quick details, and a great video, about the world's sharpest knives, visit:

http://www.getorganizednow.com/rd-chef.html

Did you know that there's nothing more dangerous in the kitchen than cutting with dull knives? A dull blade requires more effort and pressure to cut. This means there's a higher chance the dull knife will slip with a lot of force behind it, increasing the chances of an injury...and possibly a visit to the ER.

This particular set of knives is very unique. They're incredibly lightweight and are super-strong (they can easily cut through a butternut squash and makes slicing meat a breeze). This is because they're made with a ceramic blade that is actually 10 times sharper than steel.

You've got to check them out. For details, visit:

http://www.getorganizednow.com/rd-chef.html

P.S. As a special bonus, when you order before FRIDAY, OCTOBER 26, you will get the following eBooks complimentary:

* 101 Food, Fruit, and Kitchen Hacks
* Fit Cookin'...Delicious, Healthy Recipes
* 25 Delicious Salad Recipes

To get your complimentary bonuses, just email me at: getorgnow@charter.net along with your order number and I'll email your files immediately.

By the way, these knives make great Christmas gifts too.

Also, and this is pretty cool...when you get your knives, 10 hungry Americans will receive a meal on your behalf through the amazing 'Feeding America' organization!
