TO DO This Week
____ 1. Connect With Friends: With Christmas now in the past (how did
that happen so quickly?!), now is the time to connect with friends or family
that you may have been unable to see or chat with over the holiday. A quick 'I'm
thinking of you' call can make both of you feel more connected. In addition,
schedule a day to meet up, if distance isn't a factor, and spend some quality
time catching up.
____ 2. Stay Warm: Check your furnace filter and replace it if necessary.
Having a clean filter helps to keep the furnace running as it should as well as
helps to keep the air quality at a higher level.
____ 3. Clean Out The Fridge: We all seem to do more eating at this time
of the year. This can result in the fridge getting overloaded with leftovers and
extra recipe ingredients. Give the fridge a good cleaning out and toss anything
that has been lingering too long or that you know is not going to get eaten.
Make a fresh start before the new year kicks in by purging anything that may be
expired or past the point of freshness.

For anyone who has clutter, have no doubt in your mind that CLUTTER GROWS. Small
clutter challenges soon turn into large clutter issues.
Plus, clutter is sneaky...it doesn't only show up in the pile of shoes you may
have in your closet, the overload of toys in the toy room, the boxes of stuff in
the basement, or the stuffed-to-the-max drawers and closets in your home.
Clutter can actually invade your life in FOUR forms...
1. Physical Clutter
2. Paper Clutter
3. Digital Clutter
4. Emotional Clutter

There is only one way to get rid of clutter...and that is by using a proven-
effective clutter-removing system. Only then will you be able to face clutter
head-on and have the clutter-free life you deserve.
