  TO DO This Week

TO DO This Week

____ 1. Do something for your special someone. January 26th is National Spouse's Day...a day that encourages couples to take time out of their busy schedules and do something special for each other. Statistics prove that nearly 50 percent of all marriages in the United States will end in divorce or separation. Studies show that spouses who make time for each other, are more likely to stay married. Use this day as a springboard to reconnect with your husband/wife and keep that spark alive.

____ 2. Start thinking about Valentine's Day: Do you have TO DOs coming up for Valentine's Day? If so, make a list and get started. Perhaps you're planning a dinner out with your special someone? Reserve a spot now...it's a very busy restaurant night. Maybe you're thinking of cooking a special meal? Get your recipes in place and make a shopping list. Some parents will be making crafts or treats for their kids to bring to school. This is a good time to get ahead of the game. Whatever you're doing, start planning now, so there's no last-minute rush later.

____ 3. Donate to your local food pantry: Most of us end up with food in our cabinets and pantries that we're not going to eat for one reason or another. If that food is still good (non-perishable and unopened), donate it to your local food pantry. You'll be clearing out your cabinets and helping others.

Everyone gets 24 hours in each day. Because our time is so precious, and because it vanishes so quickly, it's vitally important to use that time well.

What do you get accomplished each day?

If the answer is, 'next to nothing', or 'not nearly as much as I would like,' then it's definitely worth it to take a look at what's on your TO DO list, and decide if those items are helping you get to where you want to be.

Don't confuse activity with real accomplishments. Twiddling your thumbs is activity, but it's not going to get you anywhere fast.

In light of this, there's an incredible tool I wanted to share with you. It will help you get more done than you've ever imagined. It's called The Action Machine. In fact, my husband and I BOTH use it, AND we highly recommend it to anyone who wants to make the most of his or her day. Visit:
