____ 1. Finding something quickly when I need it. In our house, my husband and I are pretty fanatic about putting things back exactly where they belong. Why? Because searching for items that have been put in the wrong place is a waste of time. This, of course, requires each item to have a specific home...for instance band aids go in the first aid kit, and the first aid kit goes in the kitchen cabinet on the first shelf. Example two...the flashlight is always in the wooden box, and the wooden box is always stored in our utility room on the second shelf from the top.

____ 2. Comfortable shoes: There is no time or place, in my mind, for uncomfortable shoes. I'm very careful, when buying dressy shoes, casual shoes, boots, sneakers, or any kind of footware, that they're going to work for me without causing any discomfort. Here are three tips:

a. Never buy shoes that feel tight in the store. There should be a thumb's width from the front of the inside of your shoe to the end of your longest toe. Get your feet measured and try different sizes until you find a good fit for you. Note: If you love the shoes, but don't love the fit, they're not the right shoes for you.

b. When trying shoes in in department stores, don't just stand up. Actually walk around in them, preferably slightly outside of the shoe department which is often padded so many shoes feel comfortable while you're there.

c. Shop for shoes later in the day, since your feet will slightly expand as the day wears on.

____ 3. Soft Sheets: I love fresh, soft, new sheets and just picked up a new set for the master bedroom. This particular set has deep pockets with elastic all around and fit on the bed perfectly--with room to spare, so it's very easy to make the bed. I chose the Paisley Blue color, but there is a big variety to choose from. When shopping for new sheets, the higher the thread count, the more threads per square inch and the softer they are. Choose a high number. These are 1800...super soft! Now that I'm thinking of it, I'm going to buy a new set for the guest bed, in Paisley Gray (so pretty) right now. For details, visit:

Brain Training for Dogs
Is the Secret to Making
Your Dog's Problem Behaviors Disappear

Check out the P.S. Below Detailing the
Special Complimentary Bonus You Can Receive
Available Through Friday, February 15th

No matter what your dog's problem behavior is, be it jumping, peeing inappropriately, aggression, pulling on the leash...or whatever, there is ONE SOLUTION that can help STOP this problem now.

The sad fact is, most dog trainers miss this solution entirely. They give you cookie cutting training programs. They use outdated and `mean' dominance techniques. Or worse yet, they have no qualifications and are complete phonies. So what's the answer to stopping your dog's behavior problems? In 5 simple words...

Discovering your dog's hidden intelligence.

Let me explain. More intelligent dogs are better behaved. A more intelligent dog takes commands easier and understands what you need from them. The good news is, no matter how clever you think your dog is, you can unlock their hidden intelligence quickly and easily.

Don't waste a second longer coping with problem behaviors you don't need to be dealing with. Visit this link to learn more about Brain Training for Dogs:

P.S. When you visit the link, you'll also find out how to get Behavior Training for Dogs complimentary. I'll remind you up until the deadline on Friday, February 15th, at 11:59 p.m.
