TO DO This Week
____ 1. Start a coin jar. If you want a really easy way to start saving
money, start a coin jar. Whenever you purchase something and get coins back,
toss the change in a coin jar instead of keeping it in your wallet or purse.
Over time, a few odd cents will turn into a few odd dollars...and then will
continue to multiply. This is a really simple way to save some extra money.
Loose change adds up quickly and you generally won't notice that you are saving
instead of spending...until you eventually cash the money in. When you're ready
to do so, most banks have coin counters...so no need to roll your coins. Just
bring them to the bank in your jar, or in a bag.
____ 2. Clean out fridge drawers. Since refrigerator drawers can hold a
lot of food, they tend to fill quickly...sometimes with foods that leave messes
behind. Take the time to empty and clean out your refrigerator drawers. What I
do is empty one drawer at a time, remove the drawer, turn it upside down over my
trash can to release any crumbs or other food debris, and then rinse it in hot,
sudsy water. This usually does the trick quite well. Sometimes, I only have time
to clean out one drawer...and then do another the next day, and another the day
after that. Other times, I'm feeling super-motivated and just handle all the
drawers at once.
____ 3. Drink more water. We hear over and over again about the
importance of drinking enough water. But is what we're actually drinking enough?
I know many people who say, 'I'm never thirsty, so I definitely don't drink as
much as I should.' This week, give yourself a true picture of where you are and
make an extra effort, if needed, to increase the amount of water you are
drinking. Maybe start the day with a full glass before you have anything else?
Perhaps switch out one other drink you normally have during the day (juice,
soda, coffee) with a glass of water instead? Have a full glass before eating
dinner to help you eat less food. You may be amazed at how increasing your water
intake can help you look and feel better than you ever thought possible.

This Week's Recommendation
|
Apple vs. Pear
Do This for a Tighter Tummy
and Slimmer Thighs
Is it really possible to re-shape a woman's body at any age? And WITHOUT
starving yourself to cut calories? Or killing yourself in the gym to burn more?
Fortunately, yes. And it involves hormones. Hormones can send calories to your
hips, butt and thighs - the PEAR shape. Or to your tummy - the APPLE shape. Or
to BOTH areas - the bloated SODA CAN shape.
However, a healthier, more comfortable hourglass shape is possible with the
RIGHT mix of hormones. Just try doing this. Visit:
