TO DO This Week
____ 1. Prepare an Easter basket for someone who you know won't be getting
one. With Easter being just a week away (April 21st), make an effort to put
together a basket for someone who otherwise would go without. Although Easter
baskets are typically filled with candy, you can customize the basket to better
fit the wants and needs of the recipient. A gardening-themed basket may include
seed packets or a small, fresh plant. A reading-themed basket may include a book
or magazine, and maybe a bookmark. What you put in the basket isn't important.
The important thing is showing someone that you are thinking of them and that
you care.
____ 2. Spring-clean your clothes closet. It's an excellent time to take
a good, hard look at your clothes closet...especially your winter clothing. Is
there anything hanging there (or sitting on the floor) that you went all winter
without wearing even once? If so, it's probably safe to say that it is time to
let those things go. Hanging onto clothing items for another year, because you
think you MIGHT wear them next winter, is a waste of precious closet space.
Chances are, if you went that long without putting them on, you probably don't
really want or need them anymore. Pull them out of your closet and donate them
to someone who does.
____ 3. Breathe easier. With spring, comes a lot of pollen and other
allergens that were not floating in the air in the winter months. These
particles will inevitably end up in your home where you will breathe them in...
unless you take action. A simple means of defense is to make sure your air
filters are replaced. Having clean filters will allow the filtration process to
work and keep more of these particles out of the air...as well as out of your
throat and lungs.

This Week's Recommendation
|
Apple vs. Pear
Do This for a Tighter Tummy
and Slimmer Thighs
There was A LOT of interest in this subject last week! I received dozens of
emails from GON subscribers, who didn't get a chance to access it, asking if we
could run this information one last time. So, YES, here it is. PLUS...as a
special gift, I decided to ADD COMPLIMENTARY BONUSES today and tomorrow only.
So, be sure to check the P.S. below.
Is it really possible to re-shape a woman's body at any age? And WITHOUT
starving yourself to cut calories? Or killing yourself in the gym to burn more?
Fortunately, yes. And it involves hormones. Hormones can send calories to your
hips, butt and thighs - the PEAR shape. Or to your tummy - the APPLE shape. Or
to BOTH areas - the bloated SODA CAN shape.
However, a healthier, more comfortable hourglass shape is possible with the
RIGHT mix of hormones. Just try doing this. Visit:

'I stood in my garden as the rain poured down, eyes closed, and when I opened
them I thought to myself how I'd never seen anything more beautiful. Green
flashed before my eyes: trees, leaves and grass, glittering with raindrops, the
tears of angels weeping with sadness and joy...green, the color of love, to
remind me why I'm here.'
