____ 1. A paper shopping list on the refrigerator. Although I handle a lot of list-making digitally (using my computer or an app on my phone), in my house, we have a paper shopping list on the refrigerator. This way, anyone can indicate whatever is needed at any time...and I'm not the only person responsible for determining when we're running low on something. This helps to ensure nothing gets missed. For example, if my husband needs deodorant, he writes it on the list. I buy the same one he had last time, unless he indicates otherwise. If my daughter needs chips for a school event, she is responsible for adding chips to the list...and the specific kind she wants. The day before I grocery shop, I announce to my family that if there are any last-minute items needed, to get them on the list, otherwise they won't be purchased until next grocery trip. Doing this has eliminated me from having to inventory everyone's consumables or keep tabs on what everyone needs...and has saved extra trips to the grocery store as well.

____ 2. When something can be done and it's not overlooked. A week ago, I watched a group of teenagers toss three fast food bags on the grass in a park and walk away, despite the fact that there was a nearby trash can. I walked over to discard it myself, when a young girl, who was playing catch with her dad, beat me to the punch. She ran over, grabbed each bag and threw them into the trash...with no prompting from her dad. She saw a problem, she determined she could fix it, and she took care of it. Another example of this happened at the YMCA a few weeks ago. It was a 'Body Pump' class that involved putting weights on a bar and one of the new people could not figure out how to get the weights on and off with the built-in clamps. Someone noticed the woman struggling, and came to her rescue. It's easy in our busy lives to 'just walk on by' so to speak, but so much nicer, when there's an opportunity to do something nice/helpful, to take advantage of that chance.

____ 3. Hair Straightener Brush. You've probably heard of hair straightening irons, but are you familiar with hair straightening brushes? I wasn't, until recently...and I consider it to be a gem of a find. With this particular one, I love that it's very safe to use. There is actually a plastic frame, covering the heating element, that protects your scalp and your hands from every angle. The brush heats up in a minute, which is great for those morning rushes...and straightens hair to a silky-smooth finish. My hair is very thick and the brush breezes through each strand. My hair can get very frizzy...after using this hair-straightener brush, you'd never know! Plus, the brush comes with a bag (for travel), a glove...and two, large hairpins so you can straighten every layer easily. The only problem is, my daughter keeps stealing it from me! I guess I'll have to get her one of her own. That's OK, at $37, it's easy for each family member to have one. For details, visit: https://amzn.to/2UMeNmA

  This Week's Recommendation

Apple vs. Pear

Do This for a Tighter Tummy
and Slimmer Thighs

There was A LOT of interest in this subject last week! I received dozens of emails from GON subscribers, who didn't get a chance to access it, asking if we could run this information one last time. So, YES, here it is. PLUS...as a special gift, I decided to ADD COMPLIMENTARY BONUSES TODAY ONLY. So, be sure to check the P.S. below.

Is it really possible to re-shape a woman's body at any age? And WITHOUT starving yourself to cut calories? Or killing yourself in the gym to burn more?

Fortunately, yes. And it involves hormones. Hormones can send calories to your hips, butt and thighs - the PEAR shape. Or to your tummy - the APPLE shape. Or to BOTH areas - the bloated SODA CAN shape.

However, a healthier, more comfortable hourglass shape is possible with the RIGHT mix of hormones. Just try doing this. Visit:
