  Organizing Tip

When Cleaning, Don't Do This...

Saving time is important, but doing something that's not effective in less time is not saving time. It's wasting it. This is the case when it comes to the way many folks are cleaning stoves, countertops, tubs, showers, toilets, and sinks.

The way it's usually done is, the cleaner is sprayed on and wiped off, sometimes requiring considerable scrubbing.

This way, however, is usually ineffective because the cleaner hasn't had a chance to do its job...penetrating the dirt and eliminating the germs.

Instead, spritz the surface with cleaner. Then wait five to ten minutes. You can do something else while you're waiting. When the time has lapsed, then wipe.
