How I Handled Cleaning Out My Garage
Maria,
I know you're a fan of handling big jobs a bit at a time, and that may be the
case in many situations, especially for hoarding challenges. For a 'normal'
mess, however, one might be able to do what I did.
1) I dedicated a weekend to my garage--nothing else was accomplished nor planned
to be
2) I rented a U-Haul truck by the day (my local U-Haul was offering a $19/day,
plus mileage special) and picked it up on Friday after work
3) I moved EVERYTHING I could carry from the garage to the U-Haul or to the
trash (this took Friday evening and part of Saturday morning)
4) I cleaned and painted the garage (this took the rest of the day Saturday)
5) I moved items back into the garage and put them where they belonged
(Saturday night and Sunday)
6) Anything that didn't have a home in the garage went to its proper place OR
was left in the U-Haul for a charity drop-off on my way to return the truck
It was an intense weekend, but I didn't want to take a vacation day OR pay an
extra day for the U-Haul. My mileage was only 22 miles (about $12) and there was
no noticeable use of gas, so my expenses were around $60 for the truck, $50 for
paint and supplies, and whatever it cost for pizza/drinks/sandwiches for my
helper and me.
I had already purchased some brackets and shelves (too long ago to remember the
cost!) that I had never installed. A couple of more helpers would have been
nice, but the two of us managed to do everything AND return the truck so that it
was only a 2-day rental.

Brain Training for Dogs
Is the Secret to Making
Your Dog's Problem Behaviors Disappear
Check out the P.S. Below Detailing the
Special Complimentary Bonus You Can Receive
Available Through Friday, August 16th

To fast forward to making your dog's problem behavior disappear, visit:
www.getorganizednow.com/rd-brainy-dog.html
No matter what your dog's problem behavior is, be it jumping, peeing
inappropriately, aggression, pulling on the leash...or whatever, there is ONE
SOLUTION that can help STOP this problem now.
The sad fact is, most dog trainers miss this solution entirely. They give you
cookie cutting training programs. They use outdated and `mean' dominance
techniques. Or worse yet, they have no qualifications and are complete phonies.
So what's the answer to stopping your dog's behavior problems? In 5 simple
words...
Discovering your dog's hidden intelligence.
Let me explain. More intelligent dogs are better behaved. A more intelligent dog
takes commands easier and understands what you need from them. The good news is,
no matter how clever you think your dog is, you can unlock their hidden
intelligence quickly and easily.
Don't waste a second longer coping with problem behaviors you don't need to be
dealing with. Visit this link to learn more about Brain Training for Dogs:

P.S. When you visit the link, you'll also find out how to get Behavior
Training for Dogs complimentary. I'll remind you up until the deadline on
Friday, August 16th, at 11:59 p.m.

One asked, 'But can't you just wave your hand and make all the dirt fly away,
then?'
Another answered, 'That works, but only if you wave them about on the floor with
a scrubbing brush.'
