Don't Let Monday Ruin Your Sunday
So many people seem to have an aversion to Mondays. That probably started from
childhood when the glory of the weekend was over...and we all had to return to
school. It continued when many of us said goodbye to a relaxing Saturday or
Sunday, knowing the work week was beginning once again.
The music group, the Bangles, sang about a 'Manic Monday.' The Carpenters sang
about how 'rainy days and Mondays always get me down.' The Boomtown Rats had a
hit declaring, 'I Don't Like Mondays.' So Monday may NOT be your favorite day of
the week. But don't let that fact cut into you fully enjoying that wonderful day
that comes right before it.
In other words, don't allow Mondays to ruin your Sundays.
It's very easy to cut weekends short in anticipation of the Monday that is
approaching. If we have a weekend away, we plan on leaving early on Sunday to
get home because Monday is the start of a new week. We don't want to be tired,
or less productive, or whatever the case may be. We need time to unpack, or
regroup, or do whatever we feel we need to do before the new week begins. That
is all well and good, but in the course of that, we may be taking away from the
fun and relaxation that is equated with the weekend.
That's why I like to make the absolute most out of that wonderful day of the
week known as Sunday. Sometimes I use my Sundays for getting things
done...usually a more fun project (working on a scrapbook, finishing a quilt,
etc.), rather than a cleaning project. Sometimes, I'll sleep in bit and then
leisurely sip my coffee and enjoy a favorite book...without a care in the world
for the rest of the day. Some Sundays may begin with church (if I didn't go the
previous night) and breakfast out with my family...and may continue with a
family activity during the day...and a movie (home or out) at night. Here and
here, Sunday consists of taking a day trip to a place I've been wanting to
visit.
Just because Monday is coming, I generally don't cut my time short. So I don't
leave the sporting event before it ends, I may stay later to enjoy another hour
or two with friends at a dinner party, and I may return from a trip on a later
flight...or drive home a bit later...even though I work on Mondays.
Sometimes, I even make plans for Sunday nights. Having something fun to look
forward to on a Sunday night helps take the focus away from the fact that Monday
is just around the corner. In fact, doing so can actually make Sunday the
highlight of the week.
Of course, Monday is not all that bad. After all, any day we can wake up and
be blessed with another day is much better than the alternative. But that's
a thought for another day.
Why not use today to plan something fun for this coming Sunday...and enjoy it
all the way through. Monday will come no matter what...and Sunday shouldn't
be wasted away just because Monday follows.

Brain Training for Dogs
Is the Secret to Making
Your Dog's Problem Behaviors Disappear
Check out the P.S. Below Detailing the
Special Complimentary Bonus You Can Receive
Available Through Friday, August 16th

To fast forward to making your dog's problem behavior disappear, visit:

No matter what your dog's problem behavior is, be it jumping, peeing
inappropriately, aggression, pulling on the leash...or whatever, there is ONE
SOLUTION that can help STOP this problem now.
The sad fact is, most dog trainers miss this solution entirely. They give you
cookie cutting training programs. They use outdated and `mean' dominance
techniques. Or worse yet, they have no qualifications and are complete phonies.
So what's the answer to stopping your dog's behavior problems? In 5 simple
words...
Discovering your dog's hidden intelligence.
Let me explain. More intelligent dogs are better behaved. A more intelligent dog
takes commands easier and understands what you need from them. The good news is,
no matter how clever you think your dog is, you can unlock their hidden
intelligence quickly and easily.
Don't waste a second longer coping with problem behaviors you don't need to be
dealing with. Visit this link to learn more about Brain Training for Dogs:

Training for Dogs complimentary. I'll remind you up until the deadline on
