This can make energy and productivity plunge
Something that automatically makes a person's energy and productivity plunge
is eating too much at a meal, and feeling over-full. To avoid this, eat
slower... a lot slower.
When we eat fast, we tend to overeat because it takes time for our brains to
register that our bodies are full. The message from your stomach to your brain
takes awhile to get there, and by the time it does, we've over-eaten.
Put your eating utensils down every two bites, and chew your food well. Have a
conversation with someone (do at least half the talking...instead of just
listening) while you're eating, which will help you eat slower as well. Doing so
will make you feel full faster...in your stomach AND your mind...and help
prevent you from going for seconds or thirds.
In addition, don't sit down after a meal. Use that fuel you've just eaten and
take a walk.
