TO DO This Week
____ 1. Clean something outside. As I was pulling into my driveway
yesterday, I noticed how dirty the address numbers on my house looked. Cleaning
them is on my TO DO list this week. Your mission: clean at least one thing
outside this week...maybe two. Are there cob webs on your garage light fixtures?
Does your mailbox need to be hosed down? Are there fingerprints on the glass
storm door? Does the doormat need to be cleaned...or replaced? Do you see bird
droppings on your aluminum siding or windows? Make a list of whatever you see
that needs to be done...and then accomplish at least one of those this week.
____ 2. Clean and organize the inside of a cabinet...or two. I'll be
focusing on my kitchen cabinets this month...cleaning each of them out one a
day until they're all done. Feel free to choose any room with cabinets that
haven't been cleaned in a while. Remove everything so you can vacuum out and
wipe clean. Weed out anything you don't need. Return anything that doesn't
belong to its proper home. Then, return whatever you're keeping back into
the cabinets in an organized fashion. This is the time to consider any
storage-helpers as needed (an extra shelf, a Lazy Susan, storage containers,
small baskets, etc.).
____ 3. Vacuum sofa and chairs. Pull cushions off sofas and chairs.
Remove anything that cannot be vacuumed...like coins, toys, and such that have
slipped under the cushions. Then, vacuum well, removing any crumbs and other
debris, before returning the cushions.

Most people don't know this, but the heart sends more signals to the brain than
the brain sends to the heart. Those heart signals contain a wide range of
information that affect how the brain thinks and perceives. Some scientists go
so far as to say the heart processes information like the brain. These heart
signals have a significant effect on brain function and improve positive
emotions, attention, perception, memory, problem-solving, and intuition. They
also greatly reduce insecurity and stress, which are huge obstacles to success.
Furthermore, erratic and disordered heart rhythm patterns actually disrupt the
brain's higher functioning. That can explain why smart people do dumb things.
But when the heart and brain are in sync, your intelligence expands and you gain
access to more intuitive downloads and meaningful insights. This could be the 'X
Factor' that creates the life of your dreams.
I highly recommend you look into all this, especially since you're committed to
ongoing success in your life. This new eight-day 'Heart Brain Fest' will help
you quickly balance your heart rate rhythms and sync these rhythms with your
brain. You'll be able to watch all the sessions FREE during the Heart Brain
Fest. Get your Free Pass today.
You'll learn how to see tangible results in your day-to-day life. It's about
syncing your heart and brain so that everything in your life flows and you enjoy
more success. I just know you're going to enjoy it!
