Sync Your Heart and Brain
So Everything in Your Life Flows
and You Enjoy More Success
Watch ALL the sessions...FREE
Most people don't know this, but the heart sends more signals to the brain than
the brain sends to the heart. Those heart signals contain a wide range of
information that affect how the brain thinks and perceives. Some scientists go
so far as to say the heart processes information like the brain. These heart
signals have a significant effect on brain function and improve positive
emotions, attention, perception, memory, problem-solving, and intuition. They
also greatly reduce insecurity and stress, which are huge obstacles to success.
Furthermore, erratic and disordered heart rhythm patterns actually disrupt the
brain's higher functioning. That can explain why smart people do dumb things.
But when the heart and brain are in sync, your intelligence expands and you gain
access to more intuitive downloads and meaningful insights. This could be the 'X
Factor' that creates the life of your dreams.
I highly recommend you look into all this, especially since you're committed to
ongoing success in your life. This new eight-day 'Heart Brain Fest' will help
you quickly balance your heart rate rhythms and sync these rhythms with your
brain. You'll be able to watch all the sessions FREE during the Heart Brain
Fest. Get your Free Pass today.
You'll learn how to see tangible results in your day-to-day life. It's about
syncing your heart and brain so that everything in your life flows and you enjoy
more success. I just know you're going to enjoy it!

How do I organize 40 years of family photos?
A GON Reader Asks
Hi Maria,
I am looking for ideas for organizing 40 years of family photos. Thanks for your
help.

Maria Gracia responds...
Hi Clarissa,
Forty years of photos is definitely a big undertaking, but just like anything
else, it can be done a little bit at a time. Here's PART ONE of this project.
1. Set aside consistent days and time ranges for this project, like
Mondays and Thursdays (for example) from 7:15P until 8:15P.
2. Designate a place in your home where you can sort, where you can leave
the project there...and work on it during your designated days and times. I find
that setting up a portable table to do this works great if you don't have
another surface you can dedicate for this project. Borrow one from a relative or
neighbor if you need to.
3. Begin with BIG categories, like 'Decades' or 'general time frames or
events' (Grade School, 20-something years old, Vacations, etc.)
4. Begin sorting into piles. I like putting a sticky note, with the BIG
category written on it, in front of each pile.
5. As you're going through your photos, weed out any photos that are clearly
not worth keeping. No sense having to pull those out later.
PART TWO of this project may involve you dividing up those big categories
into sub-categories. Maybe. It depends how deep you want to go with this.
Some folks are happy with large general categories...and others would prefer
to divide even further.
PART THREE of this project is where to put your sorted photos. Some folks like
albums, others like categorized photo boxes, and yet others these days choose
to scan them and store them digitally. However, it's going to take you a while
to sort, so I'd suggest you stick with doing that now...and writing back later
for more assistance when you've accomplished the sorting.
Hope this helps get you started.

Organize Every Bit of
Information in Your Life
Quickly and Easily with the...
Get Organized Now!
Easy Organizer
Loaded with tons of forms, checklists,
logs, and information sheets
to help you organize
every aspect of your life!

Because it's impossible to stay on top of everything going on without writing
things down, people are getting inundated with more and more paper every day.
You have to remember a birthday, so that gets written on a calendar. You have to
make a grocery list, so you scribble down a few items and stick the list on the
fridge. Someone gives you a phone number, and it gets written in the address
book. You're planning your garden, and that information is stored in a notebook.
You want to keep track of the movies you want to see, or the books you want to
read--another sheet of paper. A friend gives you an email address on a sticky
note that is now attached to your computer monitor.
Paper, paper and more paper--and it's all over your home!
Information is getting lost. Appointments are missed. Goals aren't being met.
And all of this adds up to chaos and frustration.
This is where the Get Organized Now! Easy Organizer comes in and saves the day.
It allows you to organize all of your information so it's in one place and
easily found when you need it!
Here's what just one customer had to say:
The Easy Organizer is just that--it's so easy. I've got lists now in one
place that before I'd been carrying around in my head, my pockets, around my
desk, in the kitchen... Before I had post-it notes all over the place. Now
they're in the Easy Organizer. A lot of great ideas and important information
have been lost in the shuffle before this! I love this thing. Knowing where to
find things right away and having a very simple way of entering the info--many
kinds, in many forms--is such a relief. This was a great investment...and,
really, it's such a great value for everything it includes! Thanks so
much!
