It's Slow Work, But It's Progress

Maria,

I joined your newsletter list a couple of years ago. I am a pack-rat. Being from a family who has never had a livable income, I save things that could be used in the future. I shop at Am-vets and the Salvation Army stores.

I have saved things from lumber to furniture (and everything in between). Both my husband and son have the same disease.

The problem is, there is no longer room for us. I subscribed to your site for some help. So far this year I have returned much to the Salvation Army store and Am-Vets. It is slow work, but a work in progress.

Someday, I will have the home I have always dreamed of.

Thank you, without your newsletter it would never be possible.

Note from Maria Gracia: Faith, I'm so glad my information has given you some assistance with decluttering. Keep going...you're doing great. Slow is always OK when it comes to cleaning out. It's 'stop' that you have to worry about. What excites me too, besides the fact that you're making progress with your goals, is that you're in turn helping others. This time of year...Thanksgiving and Christmas, many families will be shopping at the Salvation Army Store and Am-Vets...and will be benefiting from all of your efforts. Just keep saying to yourself, 'Others desperately need the things I'm not using.' That often gives people just the motivation they need. Please write to me when you have a chance and let me know how things are going. Remember, you CAN do this.

I Have Your Original Book, 20 Years Later

Hi Maria,

I have been with you for nearly 20 years and I have your original, spiral-bound book that I look at frequently... Finally Organized, Finally Free. I love all your info and insights. I have shared your knowledge with many and directed them to your site. I know they love it as much as I do.

I have used many of your ideas. After all of this time, I could be a little more conscientious, but I am always working at it and love your ideas! You are the BOMB!!!!

Thanks so much for all of your help through the years and I hope you have many more successful years ahead of you.

Note from Maria Gracia: Teri, YOU are the bomb...I'm thrilled that you've been with me for nearly 20 years. That is awesome! I can't believe you still have my spiral-bound book after all these years...and so happy to hear you're still referencing it. Thank you so much for being lovely, and a loyal reader. I appreciate you!

Learn What Your Cat is Trying To Tell You With...

The Cat Language Bible

In it you'll learn how to finally understand
and speak with your cat

Yes, meow means something

What does it mean, you ask?

Good question. It's about the same as aloha in Hawaiian.

The meaning changes.

Context matters hugely. Is it a mean meow, or a friendly one?

What about the cat's body action? Is he facing towards you, or away? Is the tail curled, or lying flat against the floor?

Depending on these points, 'meow' could mean 'let's watch a movie together' or 'boy am I thirsty right now.'

So getting the tone and body language right is critical.

Finally, there's a quick guide on the essentials of cat communication to open your ears (and your heart) into the fascinating world of feline communication, both verbal and nonverbal.

This guide, written by a PhD animal communications expert Dr Jonas Jurgella, is the missing link that allows you to bond with your own feline friend as if he was a human child.

That's the power of true and honest communication, vs the primitive 'animal baby talk' that so many pet owners unfortunately relegate themselves to.
