Maria Likes and You May Too!
____ 1. Going to bed early once a week. It's easy to feel 'behind on
sleep.' Maybe a night or two was restless. Maybe you stayed up too late the
night before. Perhaps you had to be up extra early to get your son or daughter
to school for an activity. I've felt behind on sleep...probably we all have at
one time or another. To combat this, once a week, usually on a Wednesday
(midweek), I try to get to bed an hour before my usual bedtime. That one day's
hour of extra sleep makes a big difference in how refreshed and energized I feel
and removes that, 'I'm so tired. Will this week ever end?' feeling we sometimes
get.
____ 2. Warm soup on a chilly night. One of the best things about cold
weather, in my mind, is a bowl of hot soup. On a cold evening, sitting down to
minestrone soup or chili, maybe with some freshly baked bread, is one of life's
joys. I love making soup. My favorite way is in my slow cooker or a heavy pot on
the stove. The aroma, as it simmers, gives me such a comforting feeling. But
some days, when I am in a hurry, the instant pot can be a lifesaver. So can soup
purchased on the way home from a restaurant or deli. Grocery stores carry a lot
of good soup mixes today, as well. Wherever the soup comes from, it can provide
soothing warmth on a wintry evening.
____ 3. A keyboard case for my iPad. When using my iPad, sometimes I like
to sit down and use an actual keyboard for typing. I tend to be faster and more
accurate than when I use a touchscreen keyboard. Plus, this particular one also
acts as a protective case for my iPad. I can put it in my purse or tote bag and
go. The keyboard allows me to work more efficiently when I am using my tablet
away from home. It is like having a smaller, more portable laptop. (Here's the
one I have, but before you buy, double-check to be sure it's compatible with
your device.)

Brain Training for Dogs
Is the Secret to Making
Your Dog's Problem Behaviors Disappear
Check out the P.S. Below Detailing the
Special Complimentary Bonus You Can Receive

To fast forward to making your dog's problem behavior disappear, visit:

No matter what your dog's problem behavior is, be it jumping, peeing
inappropriately, aggression, pulling on the leash...or whatever, there is ONE
SOLUTION that can help STOP this problem now.
The sad fact is, most dog trainers miss this solution entirely. They give you
cookie cutting training programs. They use outdated and `mean' dominance
techniques. Or worse yet, they have no qualifications and are complete phonies.
So what's the answer to stopping your dog's behavior problems? In 5 simple
words...
Discovering your dog's hidden intelligence.
Let me explain. More intelligent dogs are better behaved. A more intelligent dog
takes commands easier and understands what you need from them. The good news is,
no matter how clever you think your dog is, you can unlock their hidden
intelligence quickly and easily.
Don't waste a second longer coping with problem behaviors you don't need to be
dealing with. Visit this link to learn more about Brain Training for Dogs:

P.S. When you visit the link, you'll also find out how to get Behavior
Training for Dogs complimentary. I'll remind you up until the deadline on
Friday, November 22nd, at 11:59 p.m.
