TO DO This Week
____ 1. Dust and vacuum the bedroom closet. Clothes closets can get
incredibly dusty. If you have shelves in your closet, empty them one by one and
give them a good dusting before returning items back to them. If you have many
shelves, handle a few a day until they're done. Dust often settles on top of
hangers, and is especially visible on wooden ones. Wipe them clean with a damp
rag. After this is all done, vacuum the closet carpeting or throw rug, or
dry-mop (microfiber cloth) if you have a wood floor.
____ 2. Clean under your bed. When was the last time you cleaned under
your bed? Pull out anything you have stored underneath. It's OK to store some
items under the bed, but get them consolidated in an under-the-bed organizer. Put
anything that doesn't belong there in its proper place. Give it a good vacuuming
before returning anything back. By the way, don't hurt your back moving your
bed. This is where good furniture sliders
come in handy.
____ 3. Organize your bathroom medicine cabinet. Empty it out completely.
Wipe it clean. Safely get rid of anything expired or that you no longer use.
Return the items you are keeping in an organized fashion, keeping like-items
together and contained in containers as needed.
