  Special Organizing Week

Day 3 - Organizing All-Things-Money Week

This week, we're focusing on organizing everything money-related. Today is Day 3 and we'll be continuing with this subject for a total of 7 days. Here goes...

____ 7. Only charge to a credit card if you can pay it off at the end of the month. I remember the days when I was a kid that if my parents couldn't afford something they wanted, they put it on layaway. This basically meant they paid the store so much money each month...and the store reserved that item until it was paid off. Then my parents brought the item home, paid in full. These days, most folks want what they want...right now. So, they pay for it with their credit card and take it home that day. This is OK if you can pay off that card at the end of the month, but if you can't, you're going to end up with unnecessary finance charges and paying much more for the item than it's actually worth. To avoid digging yourself too deep into credit card debt, buy whatever it is (unless it's an absolutely emergency, and most things aren't) with cash, check, or your debit card that's hooked up to whatever amount is in your checking account. In other words, only buy what you can pay for right now.

____ 8. Auto-draft your savings. Some folks automatically put a set amount of money from their income into savings. Others have good intentions of doing so, but never get around to it. Did you know that most banks will allow you to set up something called an auto-draft? The way it works is, on the same day each month, you can either a) split your paycheck so a portion goes directly into your savings account OR you choose an amount that automatically gets transferred from your checking account into your savings account. Even if you can only afford to begin doing this with $10 or $20 a month, that's much better than nothing. By the end of 12 months, you may have savings for Christmas gifts, to add to your retirement, to start saving for your child's wedding, etc.

____ 9. Buy yourself gift cards. One way to be sure you're not overspending is to purchase gift cards for yourself, in specified amounts, to use at your favorite stores. For instance, if your budget for groceries is $300, buy yourself a gift card in that amount. Whenever you go grocery shopping, use your gift card to pay for the groceries. The rub is...when the money runs out you can't buy any more groceries and you can't buy another gift card until next month. Doing this forces you to be choosy about what you're putting in your shopping cart and if it's truly necessary. It helps you to stay within your budget.

Getting and keeping your finances and financial health organized are both important aspects of good organizational habits. Today, I'm going to introduce someone to you who can help, if you need it, with your finances.

Leo Quinn, finance guru, has been providing financial education since 1997. He has been helping people live better lives by teaching them how to get rid of debt that's weighing them down, and by providing them with information that gives them financial freedom, security, and extra spending money as well.

I've known Leo Quinn for years now. He has been to my house. I've cooked dinner for him. I (and my family) have met up with Leo annually on trips to the east coast. I don't only consider him a business associate, but a good friend as well.

Leo has a program, called 'How to Own Your Paycheck Again' that is surprisingly simple. Once you understand it, it is very easy for anyone to follow...and it works regardless of your financial situation, your current job situation, or even the country you're from.

When you get it, you'll discover how to finally get control of your personal debt, and get rid of it...very quickly.

You'll learn:

* What to do if you can't always pay your bills on time

* Why paying off high interest debts first can be the slowest way out of debt

* Why paying extra money on more than one of your debts can actually keep you in debt longer

* Why having many debts can actually help you get out of debt faster

* Why your debts are often the very best investment you can make and much SAFER than today's stock market

* How to calculate EXACTLY when you'll be out of debt and financially free

I personally vouch for the excellent, easy-to-follow information provided in Leo's program.

P.S. Since it's Valentine's Week, I've arranged for you to get a $20 discount on his already-low-priced program. Just type the numbers 2020 in the coupon field and click APPLY.

By the way, when you get it, Leo's ALSO giving the following BONUSES COMPLIMENTARY:

1. Quick Start Video
2. The Debt Cruncher
3. The Greatest Money-Making Secret in History
4. Keys to Power Prosperity
5. What to Do When You Can't Pay Your Bills

Leo has helped a whole lot of people in the last 22 years (including thousands of Get Organized Now! readers) with this information. If you need a good plan to pay off your debts, this one is it.

  In Closing

Look at the big-ticket items, in your budget. Your home or apartment. Your car. Your insurance. If you are overspending on these big monthly bills, then money's draining out of your pocket a lot faster than you can replace it by clipping coupons or buying cheaper coffee.
