I love not having to rush off to work and meetings and not having to fight traffic. On the down side, gas is 68 cents a litre and we don't need any...

I am focusing on more of the important things in my life than on the urgent things.

Thought of another wonderful thing that I have been able to enjoy during our stay at home order. A dear friend from my high school days and I have been in contact with each other over the last year, after losing contact for many years. She and I have been able to have time to text and talk on the phone. This always brightens my day and it is fun to hear what is going on in her state of Wisconsin and I tell her about what is going on here in Tennessee.

I have also had more time to sew for my new grandbaby that is due next month. Finished a quilt for him and am currently making him an outfit when the baby is brought to church for the first time. It has given me time to relax, while I am sewing, so that I am actually enjoying the process...instead of rushing to get it finished. Also, each day I am trying to get something cleaned and or organized, even if it is just a small space. It makes it less overwhelming.

At my husband's suggestion, I call three people every day, never the same people each day. You would be surprised what this means to people who are isolated. You hear the smiles through the phone.

I will never leave a family member or friend again without a good strong hug (when it's safe to do so.) I live alone and physical contact is what I have missed the most.

Seems like I already know you much more than a writer and organizer. Love your mails. This shut down actually worked as shutdown on my mad lifestyle that has continued for the last four and half years. Clutter was like a very big boulder in my way. I kept operating full throttle around the boulder adding more to it. This chaos seeped inside my subconscious so much that a 'still standing' resilience of my personality started turning into an 'I can do only as much as I can.' Since the shutdown, I have been chipping off this massive pileup of clutter. Surprisingly, looks like it is finally giving way. I am feeling so happy, relaxed and think of you and how many times you showed me what to do. Even your book is so inspiring. Thank you, thank you very much. May Almighty bless you.
