____ 1. S'Mores. S'mores, typically associated with campfires, are a popular summer treat. In case you're wondering, the term s'more is a contraction of the phrase 'some more' and is a sandwich of roasted marshmallows and chocolate between graham crackers...although I've seen other variations that include crispy bacon, caramel, berries, coconut, Nutella in place of chocolate, chili powder, peanut butter, potato chips, or pretzels. Now, not all of us have a roaring campfire available all the time, but s'mores can easily be made right on the grill or in the oven. To make 4 s'mores, preheat your grill or oven to 450F. Top half a graham cracker with half of a chocolate bar (I typically use a Hershey bar). Add a jumbo marshmallow next, and then top with another graham cracker half. Place in the middle of a sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil and make a closed packet...one s'more per packet. Don't make the packets super tight...leave some room for heat circulation. Grill on your grill or bake in your oven 4-5 minutes...and enjoy!

____ 2. Having something fun planned. I've found that I'm so much more positive, optimistic, and hopeful when I have something fun to look forward to. This can be as simple as setting a date for a Sunday picnic, promising myself an hour of relaxation with a good book after chores are done, planning a trip, or getting ready to make or do something new.

____ 3. The Invention of Wings. I belong to a book club with some lovely friends. Last month, we read a very good book titled, 'The Invention of Wings' by Sue Monk Kid. In fact, it's now one of my favorites ever. The story details the life of Hetty, a young urban slave in the early nineteenth century in Charleston, who desperately yearns for a life outside of the confines of the wealthy Grimke household and all of the injustices she, her mother, and other slaves are enduring. The Grimke's daughter, Sarah, who is against slavery from a young age, is given the urban slave girl 'as a gift' and she is vehemently against this. Sarah's story also chronicles her own struggles with limitations set on women. This 35-year journey touched my heart deeply and I hope it does the same for you. Brain Training for Dogs
Is the Secret to Making
Your Dog's Problem Behaviors Disappear

Check out the P.S. Below Detailing the Special
Complimentary Bonus You Can Receive This Week!

To fast forward to making your dog's problem behaviors disappear, visit:

www.getorganizednow.com/rd-brainy-dog.html

No matter what your dog's problem behavior is, be it jumping, peeing in the house, aggression, pulling on the leash...or whatever, there is ONE SOLUTION that can help STOP this problem now.

The sad fact is, most dog trainers miss this solution entirely. They give you cookie cutting training programs. They use outdated, mean, and unkind dominance techniques. Or worse yet, they have no qualifications to be offering advice. So what's the answer to stopping your dog's behavioral problems? In 5 simple words...

Discovering your dog's hidden intelligence.

Let me explain. More intelligent dogs are better behaved. A more intelligent dog takes commands easier and understands what you need. The good news is, no matter how clever you think your dog is, you can unlock your pet's hidden intelligence quickly and easily.

Don't waste a second longer coping with problem behaviors you don't need to be dealing with. Visit this link to learn more about Brain Training for Dogs:
