TO DO This Week

____ 1. Organize your linen closet. Donate an overload of towels, or buy
some new ones if you have a shortage or if your current ones have seen better
days. Fold and stack your towels by size: bath towels, face towels, and hand
towels separated into their own piles. If your linen closet shelving has floor
space under the bottom shelf, use a plastic covered container to hold bed sheets
or an extra blanket. Corral smaller items you're storing, like shampoos or
toilet paper, in baskets...like-items with like-items.
____ 2. Evaluate your small kitchen appliances. Give your kitchen
appliances some thought. Do you use each of them often enough to keep them?
Would donating or selling them free up space in your kitchen? It's very
easy to buy a panini maker or an ice cream maker 'on a whim,' use it once (or
never), and allow it to gather dust. Also, determine which of your appliances is
used often enough to take up precious real estate ON your kitchen counter.
Everyone's needs are different. My blender, electric can opener, toaster oven,
stand mixer, and coffee pot are ON my kitchen counter because I use them several
times a day/week, but my popcorn maker, food processor, waffle maker, and
electric grill are IN my kitchen cabinets...I use all of these, but not as often
(a few times a month).
____ 3. Record details about restaurants and stores you frequent. Use a
phone app (like Paperless) or a paper notebook to keep track of days/hours of
operation, whether they're providing in-person or curbside service only, special
things you like or dislike about each (like, 'love their veggie omelet, but
prefer it without jalapenos'), if you can...or have to...make reservations to
eat or shop there, etc. Doing so ensures you don't have to keep all of these
details in your head, provides you with a handy reference, and stops you from
having to call the establishment or look up the information online repeatedly.

Learn What Your Cat is Trying To Tell You With...
The Cat Language Bible
In it you'll learn how to finally understand
and speak with your cat

To fast forward to The Cat Language Bible, visit:

Yes, meow means something
What does it mean, you ask?
Good question. It's about the same as aloha in Hawaiian.
The meaning changes.
Context matters hugely. Is it a mean meow, or a friendly one?
What about the cat's body action? Is he facing towards you, or away? Is the tail
curled, or lying flat against the floor?
Depending on these points, 'meow' could mean 'let's watch a movie together' or
'boy am I thirsty right now.'
So getting the tone and body language right is critical.
Finally, there's a quick guide on the essentials of cat communication to open
your ears (and your heart) into the fascinating world of feline communication,
both verbal and nonverbal.
This guide, written by a PhD animal communications expert Dr Jonas Jurgella, is
the missing link that allows you to bond with your own feline friend as if he
was a human child.
That's the power of true and honest communication, vs the primitive 'animal baby
talk' that so many pet owners unfortunately relegate themselves to.
