15 Minutes to Completion
Have you been meaning to accomplish something, but you've just been putting it
off?
Sometimes, just biting the bullet and handling it 'marathon' fashion can work.
But, for most people, trying to start and complete a big project all at once,
(continuous days and/or hours of work, time and energy) is not the best idea.
Most people don't have this much time to spare all at once, working this
way can be absolutely exhausting, and often doesn't have a successful end
result.
One of the main keys to completing large tasks and projects is to break them
down into manageable parts and work on those parts, one by one, for a minimum of
15 minutes per day.
Fifteen minutes per day is not overwhelming AND it helps ensure you end each
segment with a sense of progress and accomplishment.
