Hi Maria,

I love reading your daily emails!

I have learned this 'small chunk of the task' technique and have passed it on to others. This works well for me because:

1. When I complete what I had planned in the allotted time, I don't feel like I 'quit' or am a failure because I didn't finish the whole project. I was 'successful' at what I planned. This encourages me to go back for more successes!

2. I don't walk away overwhelmed and burned out, thereby not wanting to facing it EVER AGAIN!

3. It keeps my organizing momentum up, instead of just making it look like an organized pile at the end in the last phase of organizing.

I'm sure there are many more benefits, but these are a few that I have experienced!
