Eyeglasses...Clean and Ready
I have multiple pairs of eyeglasses which I wear regularly. At the end of the
day, I clean the pair I wore before I put them away in the case. That way, any
pair I choose to wear the next day is always clean and ready. Of course, that
still applies if you only use one pair.

Less Dirty Laundry to Take Home
Regarding old, torn, underwear: I use a magic marker to put x's on waistbands or
straps. When I'm folding laundry, I put the 'x' items in a mesh travel bag. When
I pack for a trip (it has been way too long), I pack the 'x' items, and throw
them away after wearing. Less dirty laundry to take home. This also works for
any clothing that has only one wear or so to go. It also means more room in
your suitcase for souvenirs.

Simplified Bill Paying
Since I recently retired, I have taken over the task of bill paying from my
husband. I like the convenience of paying online, but only use my bank's website
and do not use the various websites of each company. That way, I can keep track
of all bills paid in one place and check my account balance at the same time.
When I open a bill, I write the due date on the outside of the envelope and
place it in a mail sorter near my computer. At least once a week, I check to see
what is coming due and schedule as needed. Thanks for all your great tips!
