  Organizing Thought of the Day

20 Tasks to Tackle

Whenever I think up something I have to do around my house, I write it down. It makes these tasks easier to remember, and it increases the chances of them getting done. I asked a few friends what TO DOs were on their lists this spring, and compiled them for you. Here are the first 10, and the second 10 will be in tomorrow's newsletter.

1. Sweep off the front porch.

2. Spray out your outside trash cans. For many folks, this likely hasn't been done all winter.

3. Mend any clothing items that have loose seams or missing buttons. Consider doing this outdoors if that makes it more enjoyable for you.

4. Place some bird feeders in the yard and start enjoying the wildlife that they will attract.

5. Check the tires on your car to make sure that they are properly filled up with air.

6. Take small area rugs outside. Shake them clean and then leave out in the fresh air for a while to freshen them up.

7. Try planting some flowers from seed, either in a spot in your yard or in a flower pot on your porch. It is fun to nurture seeds into plants!

8. Experiment with a new haircut for the season. Sometimes a little change can be good.

9. Pull out your summer wardrobe and donate anything that you no longer wear, that doesn't fit right, or that you no longer like. There is no reason to eat up closet space with things that you will never wear.

10. Grab some glass cleaner and clean the windows around the entrance to your home. Keep going to more areas around the house if your energy holds up.

(To be continued tomorrow.)

Tell me if this at all sounds familiar...

Karen is in her 50s and works a desk job. Her weight's okay, she's reasonably active, but she is 'feeling her age.' Her neck and shoulders are often tight, her joints ache, and overall stiffness sometimes causes her to wince just getting out of her chair. The days that are really frustrating are when she cannot even reach her shoes to tie her laces.

You see, no matter what Karen tries, she's stiff and can't stretch. A muscle or age problem? Not necessarily. Very often, it's because the brain has forgotten how to 'feel' parts of the body...back, hips, shoulders, etc. The brain just becomes no longer aware of those parts. It cannot successfully direct the muscles to move in certain ways.

Science now shows that by re-activating the brain, we can continue to positively evolve and transform physically, mentally, and emotionally to experience an increase in overall performance, flexibility, energy, and enthusiasm.

That's where the Neuromovement Healing Fest comes in. Discover the simple movements that will immediately improve your brain functioning so you can move freely once again without pain...just like in your younger days. You will see super-fast results. Best yet, this event is free of charge. Visit:
