Part 2: 20 Tasks to Tackle
|
In yesterday's newsletter, I mentioned that whenever I think up something I have
to do around my house, I write it down. It makes these tasks easier to remember,
and it increases the chances of them getting done. I asked a few friends what TO
DOs were on their lists this spring, and compiled them for you. The first 10
were in yesterday's newsletter. Here are the second 10.
11. Take the drawers out of your refrigerator. Head outside and spray them out
with the garden hose. It is a super easy way to clean them out.
12. Hang some wind chimes outdoors. It is fun to hear them chiming in the
breeze.
13. Sit outside and give yourself a manicure and/or pedicure. Allow yourself
some fresh air while you pamper yourself.
14. Clean the racks in your outdoor grill so that, when you are ready to have
a barbecue, your grill will be good to go.
15. Try growing some fresh herbs. They are fairly easy to maintain and you will
be able to snip a little anytime you need some for cooking.
16. Install some solar lights around the exterior of your home. It is a quick
way to add a little ambiance to your yard.
17. Launder the heavy blankets or comforters on your beds and then hang outside
in the fresh air to dry. They will smell like heaven!
18. Take advantage of the abundance of fresh fruits that are showing up in
grocery stores. Stock up and indulge!
19. Start up an outdoor exercise routine. It could be as simple as a daily walk,
as long as it is something that gets you up and moving.
20. Invest in a new, spring-y welcome mat for your front porch to welcome any
visitors that may come your way.

Tell me if this at all sounds familiar...
Karen is in her 50s and works a desk job. Her weight's okay, she's reasonably
active, but she is 'feeling her age.' Her neck and shoulders are often tight,
her joints ache, and overall stiffness sometimes causes her to wince just
getting out of her chair. The days that are really frustrating are when she
cannot even reach her shoes to tie her laces.
You see, no matter what Karen tries, she's stiff and can't stretch. A muscle or
age problem? Not necessarily. Very often, it's because the brain has forgotten
how to 'feel' parts of the body...back, hips, shoulders, etc. The brain just
becomes no longer aware of those parts. It cannot successfully direct the
muscles to move in certain ways.
Science now shows that by re-activating the brain, we can continue to positively
evolve and transform physically, mentally, and emotionally to experience an
increase in overall performance, flexibility, energy, and enthusiasm.
That's where the Neuromovement Healing Fest comes in. Discover the simple
movements that will immediately improve your brain functioning so you can move
freely once again without pain...just like in your younger days. You will see
super-fast results. Best yet, this event is free of charge. Visit:
