Organizing Thought of the Day

Ask Maria:
I'd like to find an app I'll actually use...
|
A GON Reader Asked:
Hope you are well. Awhile back, you recommended an app called Paperless that I
followed up on and occasionally use. And then I forget about it because I use
paper a lot. How would you compare that to Evernote? I'd love to find a
comprehensive, intuitive, and easy-to-use app that's so good I'll actually use
it! Thanks,
--Shari N.
Maria Gracia Responded:
Hi Shari,
Good to hear from you. I use both Paperless and Evernote all the time. However,
for my needs, I use the Paperless app on my phone, and I use Evernote on my
desktop computer.
I use the Paperless app for 'lists.' For instance, I have a Packing List on
it that I use when I'm packing a suitcase at home to travel...and then I
use it again to re-pack when I'm ready to return home. My grocery list is
on Paperless. I have a list of restaurants we like organized by different
towns we frequent, as well as any notes about meals we like, hours, etc.
I like having the Paperless app on my phone because my lists are then always
with me...no matter where I may be.
I use the Evernote program on my computer to 'clip' notes. For instance, I have
a 'notebook' called 'Technical.' In it, I have instructions on how to reinstall
my printer software and articles on how to free up space on my iPhone. I have
another notebook called 'Scrapbooking.' In it, I have clipped photos I found on
the Internet of layouts I like and may want to replicate. I also have a folder
called 'Health' where I clip and save healthy living articles and allergy
information. I generally don't need this type of information when I'm out and
about, and therefore I personally have little need for this app to be on my
phone.
Feel free to ask more questions if needed. Hope this helps clarify how I
use both of these excellent technology tools.

Say Goodbye to Your Dog's
Problem Behaviors with...
Brain Training for Dogs
You'll love this...
and the Complimentary Bonus as well!
To fast forward to making your dog's problem behaviors disappear, visit:
www.getorganizednow.com/rd-brainy-dog.html
No matter what your dog's problem behavior is, be it jumping, peeing in the
house, aggression, pulling on the leash...or whatever, there is ONE SOLUTION
that can help STOP this problem now.
The sad fact is, most dog trainers miss this solution entirely. They give you
cookie cutting training programs. They use outdated, mean, and unkind dominance
techniques. Or worse yet, they have no qualifications to be offering advice.
So what's the answer to stopping your dog's behavioral problems? In 5 simple
words...
Discovering your dog's hidden intelligence.
Let me explain. More intelligent dogs are better behaved. A more intelligent dog
takes commands easier and understands what you need. The good news is, no matter
how clever you think your dog is, you can unlock your pet's hidden intelligence
quickly and easily.
Don't waste a second longer coping with problem behaviors you don't need to be
dealing with. Visit this link to learn more about Brain Training for Dogs:
